Great St Leger Meeting – Masked Marvel Advised at 8/1 Yesterday Morning !!! +20 pts profit

Morning all,

Well I am back home – recovering form my two days away up at Doncaster and what a day yesterday with me advising Masked Marvel as my selection for the St Leger, as I predicted he had beenMasked Marvel and William Buick winning the 2011 St Leger trained with this race in mind by John Gosden, just as with my advise last year Arctic Cosmos at 12/1, he stormed home and looked the winner a couple of furlongs from home.

In a strongly run race,William Buick rode him to perfection and timed his challenge, as he did last year, to put the race to bed in a couple of strides. He was chased home by my other fancy for the Leger, Brown Panther, who would have been the selection if the rain had continued in the run up to the race.  It was useful being there on Friday and seeing the gound dry up significantly.

The +20 pts profit on the bet took the weeks total to +31 pts profit and 4 winners since last Friday 2nd September on the back bets.

We had 4 bets at Doncaster this year with Alanza winning nicely on Thursday under Johnny Murtagh at 3/1 and Masked Marvel Yesterday at 8/1 plus Rawaafed coming 3rd on Thursday at 4/1 – the only disappointement was Captain Dunne coming 4th on Wednesday – it proved another profitable meeting for me, as it always is each year.

Talk soon,

Rich
